Timothy Murphy, Executive Project Manager

Tim started in the Relocation/Project Management field over fifteen years ago with Collins Brothers World wide as Lead Project Manager in the Hotel/FFE division. For the past three years Tim was the Lead project manager for Richard Hoffman and Associates.

Tim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Wagner College in New York.

Tim has worked on over 100 projects, most recently, the relocation of 4000 employees for Time Inc, Footlocker, New York and CO. and Chadbourne Park LL


Thomas Catalon, Corporate Advisor

Senior Manager with diverse experience and considerable expertise in real estate procurement within the financial services industry, including extensive international exposure. Recognized as a hands-on leader – from the perspectives of both the institutional/corporate owner and real estate services firm. Adept at fostering teamwork and innovation to expedite realization of corporate cost reduction objectives. Over twenty (20) years focused on facilities/asset/corporate services management, with strong background in procurement & sourcing, including extensive vendor negotiation/management skills, comprehensive RFP development & competitive bidding knowledge, as well as contract preparation & execution.

Major accomplishments include:

Rolled out a firm-wide global procurement initiative with key international vendors which resulted in a run-rate savings of over $30 million. This effort included, but was not limited to information technology, telecommunications, market data services, PCs, office supplies, and furniture.

Re-engineered numerous transaction-based operations to achieve lower costs and faster cycle/decision turn-around. Innovations includedelectronic interfaces with key vendors which eliminated manual review and processing of over 70% of all invoices received annually (200,000), improved terms and saved in excess of $500,000 per year.
